We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Factory Workman

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are looking for hardworking and detail-oriented Factory Workmen to join our team in producing high-quality furniture comparable to major brands in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in furniture production, a strong work ethic, and the ability to meet production targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the manufacturing, assembly, and finishing of furniture pieces, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.
Operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently as per instructions.
Handle raw materials, components, and finished goods with care to prevent damage.
Follow production plans and schedules to meet daily and weekly output targets.
Conduct quality checks during and after production to ensure all products meet company standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to workplace safety guidelines.
Report any equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or production issues to the supervisor promptly.
Support team members in completing tasks and achieving production goals.

Qualifications

Prior experience working in a furniture factory or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
2-3 years’ experience in a similar role in furniture or manufacturing accredited Institution in Nigeria.
Familiarity with tools and machinery used in furniture production (e.g., drills, saws, sanders).
Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures and the ability to follow them strictly.
Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks requiring manual labor.
A detail-oriented approach with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions effectively.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
