Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our team.
In this role, you will assist customers, support sales efforts, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service to customers, assisting with product selection and inquiries
Meet and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to the store's overall performance
Ensure product displays are well-organized, attractive, and stocked to meet customer demand
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system
Restock shelves and ensure proper product placement and organization
Handle customer complaints, issues, and returns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction
Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a high level of store efficiency and customer service
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards
Participate in regular stock checks, inventory management, and product rotation tasks

Requirements

At least 1-2 years of retail or sales experience, preferably in a similar role within a fast-paced retail environment
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive, solution-oriented approach
Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems, cash handling, and processing transactions
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve store objectives
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in product presentation and store layout
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to changing environments and customer needs

Salary

N90,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
