Description

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocking, and manage merchandise displays.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.
- Ensure the boutique is well-organized, clean, and aligned with Gidi Chic’s brand image.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
- Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in retail or fashion.
- Passion for fashion and an eye for style and trends.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
