Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and fashion-savvy Floor Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, attentive to detail, and committed to providing an outstanding shopping experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with product selection, offering personalized styling advice and product knowledge.
Maintain the presentation of the shop floor, ensuring that displays are well-organized and fully stocked.
Monitor stock levels and assist with stock replenishment.
Assist with fitting room service and ensure smooth customer flow.
Support the team with visual merchandising tasks to reflect current fashion trends.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting and engaging with clients in a friendly and approachable manner.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
Assist with other store-related duties as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a retail or fashion environment is an advantage.
A keen interest in fashion and styling with a knowledge of the latest trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
A team player who is proactive and customer-focused.
Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
OND / HND / First Degree qualification.

Salary
N120,000 - N140,000 monthly.
