Responsibilities:

Directly supervise production staff, ensuring clear communication of duties, expectations, and performance feedback.
Monitor and manage factory floor activities to ensure production targets and deadlines are consistently achieved.
Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain product excellence and compliance with industry standards.
Proactively identify and address operational challenges, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth workflows.
Coordinate with departments such as procurement, logistics, and maintenance to ensure seamless production processes and adequate resource allocation.
Enforce compliance with workplace safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all employees.

Requirements:

A minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with preference given to candidates with furniture industry expertise.
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams in a fast-paced production setting.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Solid understanding of industry-standard safety, quality, and production protocols.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering teamwork and driving operational excellence.
