Job Description
Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time
- Provide guidance and support to construction workers
- Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety regulations
- Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders
- Resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Ensure projects meet all building codes and regulations.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 10-15 years experience.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in construction
- Strong understanding of construction procedures and project management
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Thorough understanding of construction processes and methodologies
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
