Responsibilities
Instruction and Lesson Delivery:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum.

Curriculum and Assessment:
- Prepare and follow schemes of work.
- Develop and administer tests, assignments, and other assessments.
- Grade student work and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure lessons meet educational standards and learning objectives.
Classroom Management:
- Maintain an orderly and respectful learning environment.
- Manage student behavior effectively, using appropriate strategies.
- Foster an atmosphere that encourages collaboration and participation.
Student Support:
- Identify and support students with learning difficulties or special needs.
- Provide extra help or enrichment for struggling or advanced students.
- Mentor and guide students in academic and personal development.
Professional Development:
- Stay updated with advancements in the subject area and pedagogy.
- Attend workshops, training, and other professional development activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources.
