Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Manage incoming calls, take messages, and direct them to the appropriate individuals.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records in Google Drive and other software.
  • Handle correspondence, type documents, and organize files efficiently.
  • Ensure the front desk and reception area are clean and presentable at all times.
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with various office tasks as needed.
  • Foster a positive environment by communicating effectively and maintaining a cheerful attitude.


Requirements:

  • The receptionist must have skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Should know how to use Google Drive.
  • The position requires me to be a team player, positive attitude, and be willing to learn.
  • Should be able to take phone calls, type, and speak English clearly.
  • The role requires smiles and happy behavior as well as communicating well with all members of staff.
