About the Role
- We are seeking a motivated and personable Front Desk Representative to join our team. This full-time, on-site position at Oma The Spa in Lagos is perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality and wellness.
- As the first point of contact for our clients, you will ensure a seamless and welcoming experience while managing reservations, handling inquiries, and coordinating with our team to deliver outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Handle phone inquiries and manage reservations using booking software
- Provide detailed information about our treatments, services, and facilities
- Assist in coordinating schedules and maintaining an organized reception area
- Communicate effectively with clients and staff to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Excellent phone etiquette, customer service, and receptionist skills
- Experience managing reservations and communicating effectively
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking software
- Previous experience in the spa or hospitality industry is a plus
