Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk staff and ensure that they provide excellent customer service
- Respond to guests' inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor daily operations of the front desk, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests
- Manage reservations and room availability
- Ensure accuracy of billing and payment processes
- Monitor and review guest feedback
- Resolve customer complaints
- Train and coach front desk staff
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements
- Applicant possesses a minimum of HND/B.Sc from any of the Nigeria-recognized Universities and any related professional course will be an added advantage.
- Applicant must have a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a 3,4 or 5-star hotel environment.
- Must have a very good knowledge of hotel reservation software like Opera PMS.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be flexible to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
- Excellent communication
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Must have excellent interpersonal people and coaching skills
- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude even under high pressure.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional attitude and appearance.
