Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Training and Development at OTIC Surveys LTD in Lagos.
- The Head of Training and Development will be responsible for overseeing employee training, customer training, webinars, create training materials and videos, and development activities on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Passion for training people
- Degree in Surveying and Geoinformatics Engineering or Geography or Geographic Information Systems
- Experience in conducting training
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Relevant certifications in Training and Development are a plus but not necessary
- Must live living within the Lekki-Ajah axis
