Job Description
- The Headteacher must be prepared to address different issues and take up responsibilities daily.
- He/she should be able to communicate in public and spend time on their own completing administrative assignments.
Responsibilities
- Creating an academic programme for students that meets national standards
- Working closely and communicating with students’ parents
- Helping assess students’ needs and development
- Selecting, training, supporting and assessing staff
- Providing guidance to staff to help resolve issues with students
- Using data to track student performance and produce reports
- Working with external advisors and school governors
- Working with the accountant to controlling school finances
- Ensuring the safety of all children in the institution/programme
- Overall supervision of staff.
- Parents and students management
Requirements
- Eloquent speaking skills. Diction
- Elegant handwriting (cursive or Nelson)
- Management skill
- Marketing skill
- Interpersonal relationship skill
- Leadership skill
- The head teacher must have poise, good etiquette, good dress sense and pleasant personality.

- Computer and Internet surfing skill.
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / Month.
