Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Process guest arrivals and departures, including all necessary payments
- Provide information about the hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
- Respond to guests’ complaints and requests, coordinating with the necessary department or staff member to solve any issues
- Handle reservation requests; over the phone, via email, or face-to-face
- Ensure that all guest information is accurate and up-to-date
- Arrange transportation for guests
- Manage room bookings and keep track of inventory
- Prepare invoices and handle payment procedures
- Coordinate with Housekeeping to track the readiness of rooms for check-in
- Communicate with the booking, housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure prompt responses to guests’ needs
- Make restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservations for guests.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / BSc qualification with 2 - 10 years work experience.
