Job Description

Our hotel , VIRGINROSE RESORTS is looking for an Housekeeper with a minimum of two years experience to join our already thriving team and who will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for performing cleaning and sanitation functions where assigned within the facility.
  • Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors/spills, dust mopping, cleaning tables, emptying trash receptacles, cleaning/stocking restrooms.
  • Stocking, maintaining and transporting housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis.
  • Using appropriate equipment and supplies where required.
  • Assist in maintaining the inside of the building to ensure cleanliness and safety.
  • Performing all other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
  • Providing excellent customer service to customers and guests.
  • Contacting the Front desk as needed to retrieve lost customer items.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with a minimum of two years relevant experience as a Housekeeper as stated above.
  • Capable of working at a fast pace.
  • Ability to work independently and also as a team with other members.
  • Candidate must reside or be willing to work in Lagos.
