Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Housekeeper to join our team.
The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our short let apartments to ensure a welcoming and pleasant environment for our guests.
This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Clean and tidy apartments before guests' arrival and after their departure.
Perform regular cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Change and wash bed linens, towels, and other laundry items.
Replenish supplies such as toiletries, kitchen essentials, and other amenities.
Inspect apartments for any maintenance issues and report them to the appropriate department.
Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored correctly.
Follow company policies and procedures regarding health and safety standards.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Cleanliness Standards: Maintain a cleanliness rating of at least 95% based on guest reviews and internal inspections.
Turnaround Time: Complete cleaning and preparation of apartments within the allocated time frame (e.g., 2 hours per apartment).
Supply Management: Ensure 100% replenishment of guest supplies and amenities in each apartment.
Guest Satisfaction: Achieve a guest satisfaction score of 90% or higher regarding the cleanliness and condition of the apartments.
Maintenance Reporting: Report all maintenance issues within 24 hours of discovery and ensure timely follow-up.
Attendance and Punctuality: Maintain a punctuality and attendance rate of 98% or higher.

Requirements

Proven experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role.
Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods.
Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to reach, kneel, and bend.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently without supervision.
Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Age:20 to 25 years

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in short let or vacation rental properties.
Basic understanding of maintenance procedures and equipment.
