  • Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of hotel rooms and its environs.
  • Replenish linens, towels, and toiletries as occasion demands.
  • Restock minibars in the room and remove the trash.
  • Ensure all rooms are cleaned and prepared for new guests.
  • Cleaning hotel rooms, including dusting and public areas.
  • Inspecting rooms for any damages, repairs or maintenance issues and reporting them to your line managers.
  • Vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, and cleaning windows
  • Restocking cleaning supplies and linen closets
  • Removing trash and dirty linen from rooms
  • Changing bed linen and making beds
  • Replenishing room amenities such as toiletries, drinking glasses, and writing materials.
  • Responding to guest queries or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Following health and safety regulations to prevent accidents
  • Providing additional cleaning services as required, such as deep cleaning carpets and upholstery
  • Help guests with disabilities any time they visit.
  • Attending to any other services as occasion demands.
