  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee data management
  • Coordinate employee benefits, training, and development programs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Assist with payroll administration and other HR-related tasks
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
