Job summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Outsourcing Executive to oversee and manage the full spectrum of our HR Outsourcing.
- The ideal candidate will bring expertise in business process outsourcing, human resource management, and the application of psychometric and behavioral tools.
- S/he will be responsible for developing and managing a talent pool, working with facilitators and advisory boards, and executing a wide range of HR-related tasks.
Requirements
Education, Certification and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, or a related field.
- Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
- Proven experience in the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry is mandatory.
- Experience using psychometric and behavioral tools such as Thomas International PPA or any other is a plus
