Job Title: Human Resource Adviser

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding, ensuring seamless transitions for new hires.
- Lead learning and development initiatives to upskill employees.
- Foster a performance-driven culture through effective planning and evaluations.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll with accuracy.
- Deliver actionable HR analytics to guide business decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related fields.
- 5 - 7 years’ experience in a reputable organization.
- Membership in professional bodies (SHRM, CIPD, CIPM).
- Expertise in Nigerian Labour Laws and HR analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
