Job Details

  1. Recruitment and Hiring: Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  2. Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including conflicts, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  3. Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
  4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  5. Training and Development: Assist with training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  6. Employee Communications: Develop and disseminate employee communications, including company news, policies, and benefits information.
  7. HR Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee data, benefits, and performance management information.
  8. Special Projects: Assist with special projects, including employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, and other HR-related projects.
