Job Description
- We are seeking an energetic HR Associate to manage our recruitment efforts and respond to changing staffing needs.
- In this role, you will oversee payroll processes and maintain our HRIS, ensuring efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill open positions.
- Manage and process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and government regulations.
- Maintain and support the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring employee records are updated and accurate.
- Collaboration with the team leads to support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and assist in addressing employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
- Prepare and maintain HR-related documentation, policies, and communications with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Provide comprehensive support to the HR team, including onboarding, training, and other HR initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in human resources, with a strong focus on payroll management, HRIS, recruitment, and people management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to draft reports, memos, and other HR documentation.
- Familiarity with HRIS software and payroll systems.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to assist with training programs and development initiatives aimed at enhancing employee skills and performance.
Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
