We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: HVAC Technician
Locations: Lekki - Lagos, Delta and Rivers
Responsibilities
Installation:
- Interpret blueprints and building specifications to install new HVAC systems.This includes installing components like compressors, piping, and ducts, and connecting systems to water and fuel supply lines.
Maintenance:
- Perform routine inspections and cleaning to prevent breakdowns and improve performance.
Repairs:
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults, and perform overhauls and start-ups.
Safety:
- Follow safety protocols and regulations, and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
Communication:
- Interact with clients to explain how to use HVAC systems and understand their needs.
Record keeping:
- Maintain records of equipment use, hours worked, and work performed.
Continuing education:
- Stay current on industry trends and regulations, and participate in training.
Requirements
- HVAC technicians may specialize in installation, repair, or maintenance services.They work in a variety of facilities, including schools, hospitals, office buildings, factories, and homes.
- OEM Certifications are added advantage
