The position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Security Manager (ISM) to lead our organization's comprehensive security strategy.
The ISM will be responsible for safeguarding our company's assets, employees, and information while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy, integrating cloud, and application security to protect information, personnel, and physical assets.
Assess and mitigate risks through regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
Oversee the design and implementation of security policies, protocols, and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into business processes and ensure secure cloud-native deployments.
Manage security incidents and conduct thorough investigations, reporting findings to senior management.
Stay informed about emerging threats and industry best practices to continually enhance security measures.
Build and lead a high-performing security team, providing guidance, mentorship, and continuous training.
Foster relationships with external partners, law enforcement, and relevant security organizations.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and security standards.

Qualifications

At least 5 years experience in Information Security, with at least 2 at Manager or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and crisis response.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and leadership abilities.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Knowledge of Kubernetes and Kubernetes security is a plus.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Security Management, Cybersecurity).
