Inventory Manager


Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire inventory lifecycle, from procurement to final sale.
  • Implement and maintain accurate inventory control systems.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts to reconcile system records.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and optimize stock levels.
  • Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and storage strategies.
  • Implement efficient warehouse processes to minimize handling time and costs.
  • Ensure a safe and organized warehouse environment.
  • Monitor supplier performance and identify potential supply chain disruptions.
  • Optimize the supply chain to reduce lead times and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory holding costs and minimize write-offs.
  • Lead and manage a team of warehouse and inventory staff.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inventory management and warehouse operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
