  • Sustenance of the Integrated Management System in the company by ensuring that all IMS processes are established, implemented, and maintained.
  • Assists in the ISO 9001,14001 & 45001 certification maintenance program.
  • Coordinating and managing internal and external ISO audits.
  • Developing and maintaining ISO documentation and procedures.
  • Conducting employee ISO training and quality audits.
  • Reporting and recommending corrective actions for any ISO issues.
  • Providing technical advice and support for ISO compliance.
  • Ensure that documentation complies with company and industry standards.
  • Ensure that all documents are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Assist the Project Manager and Project Team in preparing and updating the documentation management plan throughout the project life cycle.
  • Identify potential issues with documentation and provide timely solutions (close out where necessary).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science or Engineering Degree required.
  • Being a Certified lead auditor for ISO14001, ISO 9001 & ISO 45001 will be an added advantage.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience of working in a large-scale industry and having successfully implemented ISO systems as an Integrated Management System.
  • Ability to identify and assess hazards.
  • Ability to integrate safety requirements into the decision-making process.
  • Strong communication (both written & verbal) and organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent computer skills and document management.
  • Knowledge of software applications related to document control, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge and understanding of workflows.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
