Job Title: IT Administrator

Description 

  • The IT Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring its efficiency, security, and reliability.

Job Functions

  • Troubleshoot, resolve, support/maintain company data and technological infrastructure and connection issues
  • Repair, upgrade and configure desktop computers, network devices and various office peripherals
  • Provide technical assistance and remote computer or network support to end users
  • Manage company Google workspace account
  • Manage company ERP data and user accounts
  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
  • Train staff members on how to use deployed solutions.

Requirements

  • A Degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of system networking.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems is essential.
  • Advanced use of MS Excel.
  • Excellent technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of support ticketing systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows OS.
  • Competency in managing company email systems.
