Overview:
- We're seeking an IT Intern to join our team and gain valuable hands-on experience. This role will provide you with opportunities to learn and assist our IT team in their daily tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with system setup and provisioning.
- Monitor internet links and SIP providers.
- Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers.
- Ensure adherence to IT policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular system health checks and maintain safety standards.
- Update and maintain asset inventory.
- Monitor service desk performance and SLAs.
- Manage user requests and prioritize tasks.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure compliance with global policies.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge.
- Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
