Job Description

  • Provide first-line technical support to staff on hardware, software, and network issues.  
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems in a timely and efficient manner.  
  • Assist in the management and maintenance of the company's network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
  • Support the administration of servers, operating systems, and applications.
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect the company's data and systems.
  • Manage user accounts and access permissions.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of telecommunication systems.
  • Document IT procedures, solutions, and configurations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.
  • Assist in the procurement of IT equipment and software.
  • Collaborate with external IT vendors as needed.
  • Perform other IT-related duties as assigned.
