This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer at BrandCo Nigeria Limited in Lagos. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and creating job descriptions.
Qualifications
- HR Management, Human Resources (HR), and Employee Relations skills
- Experience in developing HR policies and job descriptions
- Strong understanding of HR practices and procedures
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
