- Supports the chef and other kitchen staff in preparing and serving assorted meals.
- Assist in food preparation, such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling dishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including washing dishes and other utensils.
- Store food and supplies in designated areas.
- Assist in plating and garnishing dishes.
- Help with receiving and organizing food deliveries.
- Emptying kitchen bins and maintaining a clean environment around the kitchen area.
- Any other duty as will be assigned by the Chef.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND qualification with 1 - 5 years relevant work experience.
