We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Lead Cook
Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Check the menu and prep ingredients (chopping, marinating, etc.).
- Ensure food storage areas are organized and at the correct temperature.
- Prepare and cook meals according to the menu.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Replenish pantry items and supplies in the kitchen.
- Follow hygiene and food safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages 24hrs before the next shift.
- Minimize food waste through proper portioning and storage.
- Work with kitchen assistants and and waitresses staff to ensure timely service.
Qualification
- 4 - 10 years of experience.
Salary
N100,000 - N300,000 / month.
