Litigation Associate


Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research, case analysis, and develop case strategies.
  • Attend court hearings, depositions and motions
  • Handle day-to-day tasks associated with litigation cases


Requirements:

  • At least 7 years experience in Litigation
  • Experience in legal research and analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with court procedures, depositions, and motions
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Strong expertise in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), including mediation and arbitration.
