Primary Duties

Organizing, tracking, and maintaining inventory of solar panels, inverters, mounting systems, and other solar components.
Ensuring accurate records of inventory levels.
Picking, packing, and staging materials for scheduled deliveries or installations.
Verifying that all components of an order are accounted for before loading.
Safely loading solar equipment onto trucks or delivery vehicles.
Using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment for heavy or bulky items.
Inspecting solar materials for damage or defects before and during loading.
Reporting any discrepancies or damaged items to supervisors.
Working closely with logistics, warehouse, and installation teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Communicating with drivers and installers about load specifics and schedules.
Following company protocols for handling hazardous materials (e.g., batteries).
Adhering to safety standards while handling equipment and using machinery.
Generating and maintaining load-out documentation, including packing lists and delivery schedules.
Updating inventory systems post-load-out.
