Job Description

Purpose of Role:

As the logistics intern, the role holder will be responsible for ensuring administrative efficiency within the logistics department.

Responsibilities:

  • Record keeping and files management.
  • Data entry.
  • Report collation.
  • Tracking of logistics activities.
  • Updating the logistics tracking app.
  • Third party vendors’ payment reconciliation.
  • Complaints resolution and escalation.
  • Petty cash handling and reconciliation.
  • Manage communication to internal customers.
  • Perform any other administrative and data entry tasks within the department.

The ideal candidate:

  • Currently undergoing NYSC or searching for a PPA.
  • Experience in basic administrative and office duties.
  • Data entry experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (especially Microsoft excel) and dashboards.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Driving experience and valid driver’s license.

Qualifications: Bsc / HND in a related field.
