  • Rider Management: Oversee rider welfare, including fueling, route planning, and adherence to delivery protocols.
  • Reporting: Maintain detailed records of orders, delivery statuses, and payment confirmations for accountability.
  • Bike Maintenance Coordination: Manage fueling schedules and ensure timely maintenance of bikes for optimal performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure riders adhere to safety and operational guidelines.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as required by management.
