Job Title: Lounge Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

The successful candidate will possess a passion for the hospitality industry, a keen eye for detail, and exceptional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Recruit, interview, hire and train new lounge staff employees
Handle customer complaints
Advertise the daily, weekly and monthly promotions of the lounge
Ensure staff is following all food control and safety regulations
Create employee schedules based on expected customer numbers
Monitor and track the upselling of lounge products.
Identify where service provision can be improved.
Responsible for the management of all staff time keeping, roster management, annual leave and sickness.
Responsible for overseeing stock control.
Responsible for procurement and product benchmarking.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Lounge Manager or similar role is very important.
Excellent knowledge of various bar products, spirits, and mixed drinks.
Proficient in MS Office and restaurant management.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers.
Qualifications in Hospitality Management or related field.
