Job Summary
As our Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within our business to ensure that equipment, facilities, and systems are in optimal working condition. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance programs for all equipment and infrastructure across multiple outlets, ensuring minimal downtime and operational efficiency. The Maintenance Manager will also ensure compliance with safety regulations and contribute to cost-effective maintenance strategies.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement a preventive and corrective maintenance program to ensure the smooth operation of all equipment, machinery, and facilities.
- Oversee the maintenance team and ensure they are adequately trained, motivated, and equipped to handle maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Coordinate with various teams to minimize downtime during maintenance activities and ensure timely resumption of operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
- Work with the operations and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of spare parts and tools required for maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity within a QSR or similar fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations within the food service industry is an advantage.
Salary
N400,000 – N500,000
