Job Description

Responsible for performing repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure the hotel's facilities and equipment are in good working condition.
Lighting up the premises on a daily basis.
Checking the Generator status and Operating Systems
Cover and uncover pool side Fans and Swimming Pool maintenance.
Repairing all faults detected within the premises
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as checking and replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and repairing leaky faucets.
Timely response to guest requests for repairs and maintenance.
Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities and equipment to identify potential issues.
Vibes/music control from the control room as at when due.
Water System Control and pumping water when necessary.
Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, such as painting, plumbing, and electrical works.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including storing tools and equipment properly.
Attending to all maintenance work within and outside the premises as occasion demands.

Requirements

Candidates should possess an HND / BSc qualification with 5 - 15 years work experience.
