Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and visionary Managing Director to lead our organization towards continued growth, innovation, and success.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the international money transfer industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving business expansion and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's strategic plan, aligning with the Board's vision and objectives.
  • Business Growth: Drive business expansion through innovative products, services, and partnerships, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the development and implementation of efficient operational processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with international money transfers, ensuring the company's financial stability and security.
  • Talent Management: Foster a high-performing culture, attracting, developing, and retaining top talent across the organization.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, regulators, and investors.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring the company's financial health and sustainability.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the international money transfer industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
