Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads on social media and search engines.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, optimizing strategies for better results.
- Manage social media platforms by creating engaging content and interacting with the audience.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members to develop marketing materials.
- Stay updated with marketing trends and strategies to ensure effective outreach.
- Organize and coordinate photoshoots, video shoots, and marketing events as needed.
- Attend relevant work events and represent the company in professional settings.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in content marketing and paid advertising.
- Proficiency in social media marketing, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn ads.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and measure campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and content creation skills.
- Passion for learning, growth, and personal development.
- Candidate must reside within Lagos or Ibadan.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines.
- Availability to attend and organize work-related events and media shoots when required.
