JOB DESCRIPTION
PLUMBING DESIGNS INCLUDE:
- Foul drainage above and below ground
- Domestic Hot & cold-water service
- Rainwater disposal
- Water Treatment plant
- Sewage treatment plant
- Diesel oil piping supply and distribution system
- Swimming pool and fountain system
- Irrigation system.
FIRE PROTECTION DESIGN WHICH INCLUDES:
- Sprinkle design
- Fire hydrant, Hose reel system
- Wet and dry riser system
- Gas suppression system
- Foam suppression system
- Deluge and preaction system
- VERTICAL TRANSPORTATION, WHICH INCLUDE: Includes ---- passenger lift (machine room and machine room type), Dumb water and cleaning cradle.
- Bill of quantities and specification for plumbing, fire protection and Vertical transportation system
- HVAC DESIGN
- Variable Refrigerant flow (VRF) system
- Cooling load calculation – HAP 4.9
REQUIREMENTS:
- B.Eng. Mechanical engineering
- 6years working Experience in MEP Engineering consulting firm
- Very good knowledge of REVIT/AUTOCAD MEP
- Coren registered.
