Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:

Operational Management:
- Oversee all aspects of operations, including editorial, production, marketing, and distribution.
- Ensure seamless workflow, adherence to timelines, and high-quality output across all departments.
- Monitor and optimize resource allocation, operational efficiency, and cost management.
Financial Oversight:
- Develop, manage, and monitor the annual budget to ensure profitability and sustainability.
- Analyze financial performance and implement measures to achieve revenue and cost targets.
- Oversee advertising, sponsorship, and other revenue-generation efforts.
Content and Creative Direction:
- Ensure the delivery of innovative, engaging, and relevant content across various platforms (print, digital, broadcast, etc.).
- Collaborate with editorial and creative teams to uphold the media house’s brand and quality standards.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent across all functions of the organization.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing workplace culture.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities for staff.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including advertisers, sponsors, partners, and regulatory authorities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and media appearances.
- Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards in all business operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3years of senior management experience in the media industry or a similar role.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and operational efficiency.
