Job Title: Medical Sales Representative

Locations: Ilorin - Kwara, Adamawa, Akwa Ibom, Anambra, Bauchi, Bayelsa, Benue, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Ekiti, Imo, Jigawa, Lagos, Nasarawa, Niger, Ogun, Osun, Rivers, Taraba, Yobe and Zamfara

Job Summary

  • We are recruiting applicants with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
  • This job role requires sales, marketing, detailing, and presentation of products which include Delepad, Dele Cotton Wools, Deleject Syringe and Dele fluids to Doctors, Pharmacists, Nurses and relevant stakeholders as well as engagement with institutions.
  • The candidate must be currently living in and understand the location advertised. Candidates that meet the requirements should please apply.

Job Responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Making presentations to Doctors, Pharmacists, Nurses and relevant Stakeholders regarding our products
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback from the market.

Requirements

  • Graduate of Pharmacy or any Medical Science Discipline are preferable.
  • Applicant must possess at least 5 years post NYSC experience in Sales and Marketing of Medical Consumables and Pharmaceuticals.
