Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, from classic recipes to unique, custom drinks using fresh ingredients and premium spirits.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, offering recommendations, and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
Maintain a clean, organized bar area, ensuring all equipment, glassware, and ingredients are stocked and ready for service.
Stay informed about the latest trends in cocktails, spirits, and ingredients.
Suggest new drink ideas and improve existing ones to meet customer preferences.
Work closely with other bartenders, servers, and management to ensure smooth operations, quick service, and guest satisfaction.
Ensure responsible alcohol service and follow all local laws and company policies regarding alcohol consumption, age verification, and intoxication.
Assist in setting up and managing special events, parties, or themed nights by creating signature cocktails or themed drink menus.
Clean and sanitize the bar area, including surfaces, tools, and equipment, to meet health and safety standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a mixologist or bartender, preferably in a nightclub or high-volume bar setting.
Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bartending techniques.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude.
Ability to lift heavy items, stand for long periods and work in a loud, busy environment.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.

Additional Skills:

Creativity in designing unique cocktails and drinks.
Knowledge of wine and beer pairings.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with mixology techniques like muddling, shaking, stirring, garnishing, etc.
Ability to carry heavy trays of drinks or equipment for extended periods.
Ability to work in a noisy, high-energy atmosphere with varied lighting.
