Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a NOC Engineer at Bayshore Technologies in Lagos.
- The NOC Engineer will be responsible for network operations center tasks, network administration, troubleshooting, technical support, and network security on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Network Operations Center (NOC) and Network Administration skills
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support expertise
- Knowledge of Network Security and alarms
- Experience in managing and monitoring network infrastructure
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
