NOC Support Engineer


Job Description

The Support Personnel will be responsible for

  • Tracking and ensuring all issues relating to data center
  • Troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues with 2nd level support
  • Troubleshooting and resolving cooling issue with 2nd leel support
  • Liaising with the team responsible for UPS, Network etc. installation and maintenance
  • Providing periodic preventive maintenance as scheduled on IT asset
  • Additional roles may be defined as required and identified during the envisioning stage
