Role Overview
As an Office Admin Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the administrative backbone of our HR firm. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the HR industry while building core administrative and coordination skills in a flexible, hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing calendars, meetings, and internal communication tools.
- Provide administrative support to HR consultants and management.
- Help maintain and update digital and physical filing systems.
- Support the coordination of interviews, trainings, and HR events (both virtual and in-office).
- Handle basic data entry and documentation for HR processes.
- Track inventory of office supplies and coordinate procurement when needed.
- Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and HR documents.
- Offer hands-on support during onsite days and virtual check-ins.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Office Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of professionalism.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (some in-person days required).
- Must live and reside in Lagos state
