  • Pumping of water
  • Cleaning of general or common areas, inclusive of the general toilets.
  • General reporting of faults on the facility for immediate action.
  • Ensures the hygienic condition of the general toilets and prompt reporting of out-of-order ones for quick attention.
  • Ensures prompt payment of bills for services provided by Eko Electricity Company
  • Assists in following up with relevant authorities on the payment of statutory bills
  • Acting as a receptionist when done with the cleaning task to direct visitors or customers to the various offices
  • To carry out any other duty as may be assigned from the head office.

Personnel Specification

  • The applicant must possess a Senior School Certificate with 5 credits
  • Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be computer literate, not easily provoked, highly sensitive, and security conscious.
  • Plumbing or electrical knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Preferably a male
  • Must be a practicing Christian.
