Job Title: Onboarding Agent
Locations: Lagos & Oyo

Job Description
- Identify and engage potential clients (e.g., businesses, e-commerce platforms, individuals) looking to deliver packages.
- Scout for delivery vendors (individuals or companies) capable of handling last-mile delivery services.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for both user groups.
- Facilitate the registration and onboarding process for both clients and delivery vendors.
- Guide new users through the platform’s features, ensuring a smooth and seamless onboarding experience.
- Provide support to users, addressing any questions or concerns during onboarding.
- Establish strong relationships with onboarded clients and vendors to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve the onboarding process.
- Work closely with the operations, sales, and marketing teams to align onboarding activities with company goals.
Qualifications
- A minimum of an OND in Marketing, Business Management or other related field
- 1-3 years of experience in customer acquisition, onboarding, field sales, or a similar role.
- Proven experience working in logistics, supply chain, or startup environments is a plus.
Skills and Competencies:
- Must have an Android phone.
- Strong ability to pitch, engage, and convince potential users.
- Excellent verbal and written communication for user interaction.
- Strong ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and vendors.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve onboarding targets.
- Ability to identify user challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Comfortable using digital platforms, apps, and onboarding tools.
