Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate logistics operations across transportation, inventory management, and warehousing to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Analyze and resolve logistics challenges, including shipment tracking and delivery discrepancies, to maintain service quality standards.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive logistics reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, focusing on transportation, inventory control, and warehouse management.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required), Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years in a logistics or similar role with a proven record of meeting performance targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of logistics principles, including transportation, inventory management, and warehousing.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and technology platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
